Tamara Eaton

Tamara Eaton is a young designer who grew-up in Charlottesville, Virginia and then moved to New York to study art history and urban design at NYU. After five years of working with the David Howell Design firm, Tamara took the plunge and opened her own firm in 2009. Many of her clients are young professionals and she is especially popular with the Brooklyn brownstone set. Her look is contemporary and clean (meaning minimal clutter) with a nod toward historical precedence.
Her work is also included in the recently published New York Living: Re-Inventing Home (Rizzoli, 2017).

Next is a Brooklyn brownstone. The owners wanted to keep the historic details of the house, but preferred modern furniture with a bit of urban edge.
